So, it is revealed that less than 100 people own more than 3 billion other people on this planet, is that what you join when you work and pay taxes to govt. that spend your money, polluting  air, food, water, hearts & minds...killing civilians and allowing computer-drones to wipe out "collateral" targets without any process or human rights,  this is what slavery to the consumerist system means...

well they dont even reward their own followers as Barclays Bank close 25% of branches in UK , making many of the (lower paid) unemployed so that the Bank Directors can still take BIG bonuses

... Karma has bitten me but now is the time when all the enemies of the people will pay the price, Nature equalises when you dont, when I see armed police used ALL OVER THE WORLD to stop protests, then I know its just ANOTHER reminder that your "Titaanic" has sunk, and you still have not built your lifeboat FFS!...  goodness help you, or not!

Strangely , I can understand those evil enemies, who fear imaginative change, what I despise is the cowardly people who give them the power, or look the other way, in selfish persuit of "happiness" without care what happens to humanity or the future of a planet our children must live on..the mass are the guilty who allow the pollution of the air , the water , the food, the hearts & minds and who feed the monster with votes and taxes...

On Friday 24th January 2014

I visited the vice consul at the British Embassy, Podgorica, Montenegro.

I had an appointment with Ana, who has always treated me with a polite and helpful attitude @ 11h.

I live on the outskirts of the city, a 30 minute walk, which I would normally make, but it being winter and during a phase of heavy rain, I was given a lift early into the centre by my landlord, as I suffer from a touch of bronchitis, and I didn’t want to get soaked by the rain, walking or waiting for a bus & taxis can be difficult to obtain during rush-hour periods.

I phoned Ana from a café in the centre to see if my appointment could be brought forward to 10h, unfortunately Ana politely informed that she was occupied with another visitor at 10h.

At just after 10,30h I went looking  for a taxi, as It is few minutes drive from the centre of the city to the embassy location, and I hailed a car outside the café about 10,40, (thinking that if I was early I coulde wait for Ana in the reception)

I spoke to the embassy Security guard, who wasn’t exactly at his post when I press the intercom to enter.

and I waited for him to return to his station inside the heavy gates and electronic door, he was agitated and unfriendly. He kept me waiting in the rain for a few minutes outside the exterior gate, in the rain, whilst he called Ana. It was 10,40 approximately.

He then abrubtely told me, without any empathy, that I must go away, and come back at 11h, I said that its raining , and there is no nearby café, or waiting area, so he pointed to a building with a small area of cover overhead (a supermarket) and said , "you can wait there!"  …20 minutes…"come back at 11h" ..

I am rather used to people in the balkans in "service" being abrupt, many are nervous about speaking english and many seem to have been "KGB - trained" (that’s a joke) ..not to be helpful, but I expected a British Embassy employee to be more "user-friendly".. I asked about waiting in the reception and he told me that I was not allowed to wait un-accompanied.

So I waited 20 minutes in the winter air, I am usually fit, but I wonder if a senior citizen could cope with this "system"? Ana explained that they are not allowed to have anyone waiting unaccompanied in the reception area (which is sdmall, locked in, and CCTV surveillance covered, with only a few metres away from the security.

So after Ana went in to the ajoining room, to complete the PAID service I required, I was ALONE in the said reception area, for MORE than 20 minutes. Before I make any formal complaint about this illogical and exagerated security paranoia that the UK government & FCO copies from the USA. I did reflect on another possibility ;

I "dropped out" some 19 years ago, following a meningitis induced coma, and have had considerable interference with my post, email and telephone communications, including delays , blocks and failures to deliver in and out of my location.

Recently;

1. Last time, a year ago, when I returned to the UK, I was delayed 30 minutes at immigration in Luton airport whilst my well-used passport was "checked", without explanation, I had a similar experience 2 years ago in Montenegro, which I mentioned to Ana, at the time.

2. It is now 9 years since my estranged wife died, in the UK, and her small private pension is to be

Transferred to me. However, apparently the Pension provider claims to have sent numerous documents, which have never arrived, and documents in the opposite direction likewise, are "lost" ; causing me to get them emailed, scanned and printed etc, at extra expense, costs and delays.

Therefore, as my "alternative lifestyle" may be considered by the paranoia of a (currently conservative) government "suspect" considering this EXAGERATED SECURITY policy of the UK, USA and some european states, I enquire of you;-

Am I being "profiled" ?

This is an informal communication, however, I am quite experienced, having made no less than 54 complaints at the ECHR Strasbourg, against Judges, police, state attorneys and other (german) "beamte"

(civil "servants").I am quite capable of taking this matter up with the international court of The Hague and the EU parliament, etc, etc and the media.

I have acted as "community volunteer" since 1995, and experience confirms that the "freedom" of the individual is constantly under threat by mis-guided and/or deliberate political and business bias. It is more than a shame that what was once considered a "support services" is being mis-used, however, I resist making a formal complaint prior to your reply,
