I was sitting in my favourite local caffe - bar "Berlin" last night, reflecting , when music of "my generation" came on with Liverpool lad; Gerry Marsden singing "dont let the sun catch you crying"
(he & the "pacemakers" also sang YNWA!)

So having watched the Montenegrin team in RED win comfortably , ..... the music transported me back to a time when MY Reds , the team supported virtuall from birth, used to dominate domestic (13 times champions in a 25 year period) & European football (4 times european champions in a 7 year phase) ..now i cheer "Monty"

I invited some of our lads and our trainer from Spuz & MonteREDS club company director; Dejan. who had just left to go home, about 8 o clock (it was an early kick off on a mild october day ) looking at their faces, I was sure they had an enjoyable evening, with several youth players watching "Monty" (MNE national squad) thrashing "Borats boys" (Kazakstan) 5-0,

AS the 5th goal went in I instinctively held by hand up,

Liverpool supporters will know what that means.. ....

each stand was chanting at each other, echoing , similar to the way the old KOP at Anfield would chant or sing and exchange with the Annie road end, theres was often a more aggressive accusation aimed at some of the main or centenary stand season tickets holders, sneaking off before the end of the match... with a chant of "sit down you bums, sit down!!! "

its one of my aims to develop "MonteREDS" into a football AND community club, going to the match as a group, is part of this progress, and we are the only local club participating in the pan - european #footballpeople project.

My mentor (Bill Shankly , who "made" Liverpool Fc in to a global entity) ..."shanks" idea was to make the people happy by binding Supporters, players and Manager together.(he called it the Liverpool "holy trinity")

this is not Liverpool, so my "Inat Team" refers to a sort of dark play on words.. (translate the word "Inat" from serbian to english to get a clue)
We got to the final of a local summer tournament, (Spuz Ljeto) not bad for a youth team formed only this year, I entered the team with the name "Trinity inat team"

... (in a team to emphasize the collective community of the ideal team) they then changed it to "MonteREDS"

earlier this summer I mad(e) an agreement to take over strategic management of FK Crvena Stijena (FKCS) to be a sponsor and develop the youth programme of this once proud 80 years old, now 3rd division, club with problems in the 3rd division of the Montenegrin league. (regional).

However, the members of the board belatedly told me (some) of the problems, which included advising me against opening a bank account for FKCS (due to "old debts")

MonteREDS d.o.o is established now to manage the youth club and FKCS and other developments concerning AEFAN (image)

an alternative european football league, aiming to avoid the corruption of UEFA and other Football Associations, and develop grass roots football with lower league, and non league, or youth clubs. with community and sponors sharing the responsibility, for everyone's benefit.

#footballpeople brings together over 100,000 players top players and local league players men, women and children to exclude discrimination, something that has blighted the state of former Yugo football in recent years, and I have "suspended" involvement by our players in FKCS, the reasons stated here..

"just a reminding word to the players, as manager, i give a last warning that until FKCS problems are resolved,one way or another, you are excluded from playing, especially under "other names". You may join FKCS training.

Background : Some months ago I had my first meeting with board members of FK Crvena Stijena;
specific to discuss assistance, management & development of FKCS. after some exchanges and delays
an agreement was signed by Gojko Zizic ("President") and Svetolik Mrvaljevic ("Coach") , eventually signed & witnessed on 16th September, 2016 by D.Rolovic, who has assited me with training of various youth players I informally gathered to make the basis of "FK MonteREDS" competing in a local summer football tournament,
(I have previously sponsored Dejan's soccer school kids, and found him to be trustworthy).

Gojko approached me in August asking how many youth players could be registered in the MFA 3rd division league, as we were "too late" for the regional youth league. Five players agreed and I sponsored them to the amount of 5 x e25 = 125 euros. This and the handing over of passports & identification cards for this reason was witnessed.

Your colleagues have been informed of several "concerns" about the events at FKCS, which may or may not be actionable.

However, I am today informed by the youth players that have been "used" by FKCS that the money was NOT used to register, and that the "coach" is playing them under "other names".

I wish to know , urgently.

a) which players of FKCS ARE registered to play in your league?
and
b) if proven, what sanctions you will take against Gojko Zizic ("President") and Svetolik Mrvaljevic ("Coach")

I do this not to be "mean-minded" or because of the cash spent, (I reserve the right to take indepedent action,if fraud is proven)
but ..
1) To PROTECT THOSE YOUTH PLAYERS from abuse
2) To protect the club FKCS that I am still hoping to "manage" (with D.Rolovic) via our company.
as I am also informed that the opponents coach (FK Blue star) threatened to report FKCS should they lose today!
3) and for future of the FSCg AND FKCS as we are involved as representatives of pan-european project "football people"

cutting the grass and repairing he playing field
repairing & re-surfacing the training field

There are 5000 houses in this district , if we had a DONATION of at least ONE euro from each house to retain this community club we would be able to survive and rebuild the reputation, training facilities and all things necessary to stabilise and progress the club back to its true status at the top of the league,
